Try Ons/ Postal Try Ons

Local Try Ons are non-refundable if you do not show or have to cancel. We will try to move your Try On to a different day or time, but we must have 48 hours notice to facilitate this.

Postal Try Ons - the dress must be returned the same day it arrives, and only over the counter at a Post Office (not in a street post box). If you do place it in a street bow you will be charged $35. If you don’t Return the dress on time you will be charged the full hire fee for the dress.  
To avoid dry cleaning fees, don’t wear makeup, fake tan, or heavy perfume during your try-on. The dress should come back in the same condition you received it or you will be charged a dry cleaning fee of $28. If any tags are removed you will be charged the full hire fee of the dress.
